User Access

Group users can see all companies. Company users are restricted to their assigned company. Mobile app modes control kiosk and individual attendance access.

Group Admin / Manager Use Group All Companies scope for management users who should see Terra, Valencia, Patio, and all company reports.

Company HR / Admin Use Company Only scope and select one or more companies, for example Terra AUH + Terra DXB.

Engineer / Project Manager App Link the employee and enable My Attendance or Supervisor mode. Staff can still work across projects when assigned.
