One Android App, Multiple Secure Modes

The same app can work as kiosk tablet, individual attendance app for engineers/managers, supervisor console, and admin setup tool based on each user permission.

Kiosk Tablet

Shared tablet for many employees. Auto face detection, GPS geofence, and server-decided IN/OUT.

Individual User

Engineer or project manager punches only their own attendance with face and GPS.

Supervisor

Reviews team attendance, exceptions, missing checkout, and project activity.

Setup Mode

Admin registers kiosk device, checks app version, and sends device approval request.

Available App Modes

These are global mode switches. User-specific access is controlled from Users And Roles.

Kiosk Mode Approved tablets identify employees by face and send live punch requests. My Attendance Mode Project managers, engineers, and field staff can punch for themselves. Supervisor Mode Supervisors can view team attendance and exceptions. Admin Setup Mode Admin can register devices, check configuration, and support tablets.

Attendance Security

Recommended settings for no offline punching, GPS lock, same-project checkout, and anti-spoofing.

Mandatory GPS Attendance cannot continue without location permission and GPS enabled. Face And Liveness Required Block weak match, replay photo, and suspected spoof attempts. Checkout Same Project Rule Employee must checkout from the same project before another check-in. Automatic In / Out Detection Kiosk identifies the face and server decides check-in or checkout. Optional In / Out Buttons Admin may allow manual check-in and checkout buttons. Kiosk Employee Search Keep off when using automatic face detection for all employees.

Keep strict values for better accuracy. Liveness still depends on Android camera SDK support.
