Create one email account in cPanel, then enter its SMTP details here. Recommended sender: attendance@your-domain.

SMTP Connection

Use the same username and password as the email account created in cPanel.

Sender And Test Recipient

These values appear in attendance alert emails and report delivery emails.
Step 1Create an email account in cPanel, for example attendance@domain.
Step 2Copy SMTP host, port, username, password, and encryption.
Step 3Add HR/admin recipients in Notification Rules.
